NextLevel™ is the highest APBOE buyer designation level for well-qualified advisors, available to a finite number of designees. NextLevel™ designee benefits include exclusive access to off-market listings, robust M&A tools, and a dedicated service representative.

Considerations for the NextLevel™ designation include:
  • Minimum score
  • Minimum AUM and revenue thresholds
  • Experience in wealth management practice acquisition
  • No significant FINRA disclosures and in good standing with SEC and/or FINRA
  • Defined investment policy and client service model
  • Scalable practice structure to absorb additional practices
  • Access to capital sources for acquisition
  • Ability to update all buyer diligence documents semiannually

The NextLevel™ designation is available to a limited number of APBOE market participants.

 

You must be engaged with NextLevel for the duration you are pursuing an active deal. If you end your NextLevel designation engaging with an off-market listing, you will be pulled from consideration.

Designation does not impact PurchasingPower scores, guarantee to make a finalist presentation, or assure acquiring a practice for any APBOE listing.

If you would like to opt out of your buyer designation, you must either opt out from your account directly or notify our team of your request to opt out before your next billing period. Requests after a billing period will take effect the next billing period.
